CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Colorful Rooms offers many items that are custom made and made-to-order. Wall art, bedding, select gifts, personalized items and decorative accessories are made especially for you. If an item is custom made or made-to-order, it will be stated in the product description. Any item that is personalized is considered custom. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items, as they are made-to-order. If you wish to cancel an order for a custom made item, you may do so within 2 days of the placement of the order. On the third day, your order will go into production.

RETURN POLICY
Every Colorful Rooms product is specially selected for its great design and quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
- All wall art is custom “made-to- order” and therefore not returnable or exchangeable.
- Custom, “made to order” and personalized pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.
- After 30 days, merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a COLORFUL ROOMS credit only to be used on future purchases.
- Merchandise returns must be in its new, unused original condition and in its original packaging.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be credited in original form of payment less the shipping and handling fees.
- Items returned that were part of a “FREE SHIPPING” promotion will be refunded or credited for the cost of the item minus what would have been cost of shipping (refer to shipping policy).
- Gifts may be returned for a merchandise credit or exchanged for other merchandise of equal or greater value. This does not apply to personalized or “made-to-order gifts”, which are not returnable.
- All sale items are final sales.
Please note: Customer is responsible for all freight charges if the delivery is returned, refused or cancelled during processing.
Easy return procedure:
1. Contact us at customercare@colorfulrooms.com . We will give you a return authorization number.
2. Ship item back to us in its original box and packaging.
SALES TAX
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to California addresses. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
