SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Delivery: We ship most of our orders to arrive via UPS in 10-14 business days. Personalized, custom and “made to order” pieces are shipped between 2-3 weeks of ordering. Please Note: Items ordered together may not arrive in same box. Shipping charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.  Custom, “made-to-order” and personalized items are considered to be a custom order. Custom order merchandise is non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Direct for Suppliers: Purchases sent directly from our suppliers may take longer. Specific delivery times for these items can be found on the item’s shipping information page.

• Rush Delivery:  For an additional $15 we can ship most orders to arrive in 2-3 business days for orders submitted before 12:00pm pacific standard time.
• Additional Freight Charges:  Certain items due to weight and size may cost more to ship. This charge is listed on the product information page.
• Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories: Sorry, these orders will not be eligible for free shipping. Most of these orders will be sent by UPS. Larger items must be shipped via “UPS rush” extra charges will apply. Please email us  at shipping@colorfulrooms.com for a shipping quote.
• For International Orders: We do ship to Canada. For other countries please email us for a quote at shipping@colorfulrooms.com .  Sorry, these orders will not be eligible for free shipping. Extra delivery charges will apply.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

From time to time a product may be damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item:

• Please save the box and all packing materials.
• Contact us at shipping@colorfulrooms.com or call us at 1-888-952-4141.

We will contact UPS to come pick up the packaged to be returned.
